The song and the music video received a lot of airplay on radio stations and music channels. It is considered a turntable hit worldwide, charting in some countries and attaining the 8th spot on the official UK Top 75 Singles Charts. It peaked at 1 on the UK Airplay Chart for 5 non-consecutive weeks, and stayed in the Top 10 for fourteen weeks.
